About

FISI Solutions is young. I'm not — 25 years on the ground.

I've run warehouses, led system migrations across multiple sites, trained hundreds of people, and built my own companies before launching FISI Solutions. Here's that journey — and why I chose to put it to work for SMEs who don't always have the means of a large consulting firm.

Founder, FISI Solutions

I'm an independent supply chain consultant based in the heart of Beaujolais. Before founding FISI Solutions, I spent two and a half decades on the ground: a freight forwarding agent in London, a methods and organization project manager at Easydis (Groupe Casino), a logistics manager at Cora, then the head of my own supply chain services companies.

What I take from that path isn't a line on a résumé: it's having seen, from the inside, what makes a transformation project fail — and what makes it succeed. Technology is never the real obstacle. It's teaching and change management that make the difference between a WMS gathering dust and a WMS teams actually use.

FISI Solutions was born from wanting to put that experience to work for smaller structures — the SMEs facing the same challenges as a large group (regulation, decarbonization, digitalization) without the same internal resources.

The name

"Fisi" comes from Swahili and means hyena — a strategic animal, with formidable intelligence and adaptability. After 25 years watching what truly moves a supply chain forward, this is the philosophy I wanted to embody: force, intelligence, strategy.
